This was my first show. It was a haul from Chicago. It's a long way across PA! I cought up with my friends just in time to go in. We ended up on what was Oteil's side near the stage. It was an odd feeling. Philadelphia energy is real. Some of those cats got Big balls. By the end of the first set the band had the good vibes flowing. I was definitely impressed. My first impression was that these guys were bringing the love with a passion. Towards the end of your I was calling them The Teddy Dead in my head. So adorable! It was really groovy talking to the new comers and hearing thier perspective on something I've loved for so long.
After the show we caught up with BTC and some Bertha Bus pranksters and got treated to a 3D light show back at the hotel. A fantastic way to start a tour! 😊☺️☺️
